the client

Studio E’s parent company has a long-standing partnership with the East Baton Rouge Parish School System, which is the second largest in the state, serving more than 41,000 students in 81 schools. EBRPSS is home to 11 U.S. Blue Ribbon Schools, a nationally renowned Magnet Program and some of the best high schools in the country. Through profiles, articles, and custom promotional guides in 2020 and 2021, we have helped EBRPSS expand its brand in the community and support its mission to educate students and help them reach their maximum potential.

brand strategy

To familiarize parents and local businesses with the advantages of the EBRP School System, we designed and produced glossy 116-page magazines for 2020 and 2021 featuring photography and stories spotlighting many of the schools’ exciting programs, activities, and achievements. We also produced profiles of every elementary, middle and high school in the system, as well as a comprehensive list of the 2019 school performance scores. Studio E also handled the distribution component: Explore EBR Schools was made available free of charge to the schools and strategic locations throughout Baton Rouge.

An ongoing story

Studio E also provided a content marketing solution for East Baton Rouge Parish Schools. To complement the school system’s traditional advertising, we produced engaging stories about creative magnet programs, remote learning solutions, early childhood programs, improved school performance and COVID reopening strategy with measurable returns for the client.
